I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room at the hotel. The rooms were large and modern, but felt a bit confining and suffocating. The service was superb with staff always available to chat in English or Spanish and offering helpful amenities at the tour office. The location couldn't be better, close to the town's main square and right across from the amazing BetaTown restaurant. Dining was satisfying with a good selection of eggs, fruit, and bread. Overall, a good value for the money with some minor room constraints.

I felt like I stumbled into a little upscale boutique hotel in a cosmopolitan city. The rooms, while small, were adequate and kept clean; the service was extremely friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for exploring all the charming sites in Salento, while dining was excellent with hearty portions to set you up for a day's adventure.
